Operational cars of Diplomatic and consular corps (embassies or international organizations) have a special code, CD (an abbreviation of the Corps Diplomatique) or CC (stands Consulaire Corps), followed by numbers.
To get the vehicle registration and BPKB, must get a recommendation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Vehicles with license plate number of this legally outside the region (extraterritorial) laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

Operational cars of diplomatic corps staff have the police numbers are similar to private vehicles (basic black with white letters) but with a special format that has five numbers and code numbers printed in smaller countries with sub-section format. Example: "B 12 345 15" means that this car is the Vatican's diplomatic corps vehicles operational staff. In the Asian-African Summit 2005, participant’s plate numbers of vehicles equipped with KAA code.
